Orthopedic Locking Plate is a metal plate used to stabilize and promote healing of fractures by fixing it to the bone. This device needs to closely match the patient's bone structure, as even slight errors can worsen the injury.

HME Machining utilizes 5-axis CNC machining to improve the accuracy of the junction and manufacture the device from titanium alloy, which has excellent biocompatibility, corrosion resistance, mechanical properties and formability. The polishing process can effectively remove surface defects, increase roughness and be combined with spraying to form a bioactive coating, which promotes bone cell growth and healing. The final product boasts a surface finish of 0.4 microns and a tolerance of ±1 millimeter, flatness of 50 microns, and parallelism of 20 microns.
