The exquisite car models are often regarded as collectibles with certain cultural and artistic value. In the actual production process, dimensional accuracy is crucial as it directly affects the appearance and assembly precision.

HME Machining utilizes 4-axis CNC machining to ensure the car model's appearance is consistent with the actual car, using aluminum alloy & polystyrene to respectively manufacture the body and doors, striving for authenticity. To enhance its glossiness and corrosion resistance, we combine plating and heat treatment. The final product boasts a surface finish of 50 microns and the surface tolerance of ±0.1 millimeters.
