Steering knuckle connects the wheel and suspension system and is an important guarantee for vehicle handling and safety. In situations such as sharp turns or emergency braking, steering knuckle needs to withstand greater forces and pressures, so its strength and stability are crucial.

HME Machining utilizes 4-axis CNC machining to achieve higher precision and processing efficiency. As it is designed for light vehicles, we chose cast aluminum alloy to obtain better mechanical performance and lighter weight. Plating surface treatment process enhances the corrosion resistance and hardness of the product surface, and sandblasting is used to improve its appearance. The final product boasts a surface finish of 0.7 micron, the straightness tolerance of ±50 microns, the roundness tolerance of ±25 microns, the flatness tolerance of ±50 microns, the end face parallelism tolerance of ±20 microns, the axis offset tolerance of ±50 microns and the bearing seat center distance tolerance of ±25 microns.
