Exhaust manifold's main function is to guide the exhaust gas from multiple exhaust valves to an outlet so that it can be discharged out of the car through the exhaust pipe. Due to the high temperature and high pressure environment for a long time, if the production process is not up to standard, it is very prone to problems such as fatigue fracture and deformation.

HME Machining utilizes 3-axis CNC machining to balance process precision and production speed, and uses the excellent heat resistance and strength of stainless steel to resist corrosion and oxidation in harsh environments. In order to further protect the product surface from oxidation and corrosion, chrome plating is used to form a layer and painting to maintain the corrosion resistance and decorative properties of the surface. The final product boasts a surface finish of 3.2 microns and the dimensional tolerance of ±50 microns.
