Drive shaft transmits the power of the engine to the wheels, while also allowing for adjustments in power distribution to improve the vehicle's stability and handling performance. Due to the high torque and speed forces it needs to withstand, drive shaft requires high strength and durability.

HME Machining utilizes 3-axis CNC machining to produce simple geometric shapes. Aluminum alloy with excellent mechanical and corrosion-resistant is highly suitable for the product's application. Chrome plating can improve the drive shaft's corrosion resistance and surface hardness, while sanding and polishing can improve surface quality and smoothness. The final product boasts a surface finish of 0.4 micron, the straightness tolerance of ±50 microns, the roundness tolerance of ±20 microns and the dynamic balance tolerance of G6.3.
