Aircraft cover is one of the critical components for the aircraft's flight, protecting key parts such as the fuselage, wings and tail from external factors and reducing wind resistance & noise. Any small defect or manufacturing error can lead to the failure of the aircraft cover, endangering the safety of the entire aircraft.

HME Machining utilizes 5-axis CNC machining to minimize the possibility of such danger and employs carbon fiber composite materials that meet the design requirements for their lightweight, high strength and corrosion resistance. The surface treatment process of oxidation and spraying provides additional hardness, wear resistance and UV protection. The final product boasts a surface finish of 3 microns and a tolerance of ±0.2 millimeters.
